Job Description:

  • To put up files.
  • To receipt, diary and put-up files and drafts as and when received
  • To disseminate and dispatch the letters/ reminders to various projects
  • Causal typing as per directions of the Senior line staff/Officer
  • Maintaining Research records, databases, reports, albums and training materials.
  • To handle telephone line and transfer to relevant officer/Section.
  • Draft letters, filling up vouchers, requisitions, initial noting
  • Perform any other task assigned by the competent authority

Qualification & Experience:

  • F.A/F.Sc
  • Minimum 5 years post qualification relevant experience in Government/Semi Government/Autonomous body or in renowned national or international organizations
